Artisans market
Once every year, the Schlossplatz of Jülich becomes the centre of the artisans market.
For 17 years now, the artisans market in Jülich with more than 30,000 visitors is a highlight of the "historical fortress and modern research city" of Jülich. Every year, more than 200 exhibitors from about 100 German cities arouse a firework of creativity.
The exhibiting artisans are selected by a jury. Whether it is colourful ceramics, funny metal objects for the garden, high-quality jewellery made of precious metal, felt and enamel, extraordinary handbags, sound objects and wind chimes or unique hats and clothes from precious materials – visitors experience an unlimited variety of colours and forms of handcraft.
